引領城市建築美學‧實現建築人的夢想
From the early planning concept of "Refined Living Architecture" to the mid-term practice of "Exquisite Architecture, Creating Happiness," and from individual refined residences to top-tier luxury homes in the 7th Redevelopment Zone, we have been deeply rooted in the construction industry for many years. In 2010, we proposed the brand concept of "Beautiful City, Happy Community" as our team goal, leading the industry with exceptional architectural vision and works, contributing to the city's landscape.
In addition to focusing on the development of the Zongtai brand, Chairman Wu also actively expanded the business map by acquiring the excellent listed company "Junyi Electronics." By integrating resources and leveraging Junyi's professional technology in practical electronics, we have further enriched the hardware functions of Zongtai's architecture, evolving into digital residences that are more human-centric, eco-friendly, and energy-saving. Junyi Electronics passed the review and officially changed its name to "Zongtai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd." in 2011. In the future, we will fully develop the construction business, providing residents with a more comfortable, convenient, natural, and healthy living environment, fulfilling the mission of symbiosis with the environment.
On July 19, 2023, "Zongtai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd." officially changed its name to "Fuhua Innovation Co., Ltd."
Gather at Fuhua Innovation, Companion with Peace of Mind
From buying a house to community services after moving in,
the issues consumers worry about the most,
Fuhua Innovation (3056) cares even more than you do.
- Purchasing Fuhua Innovation pre-sale houses: Contracts adopt the Ministry of the Interior's standard "Pre-sale House Sale and Purchase Agreement" and comply with the "Performance Guarantee" mechanism stated in the contract to ensure the rights and interests of homebuyers.
- Service begins after purchase: Fuhua Innovation (3056) has been deeply rooted in Taichung for many years. We have consolidated the issues homebuyers worry about most and internalized them into the "Eight Brand Declarations": "If we do well, it's expected; if not, we improve."
