Suppliers
- Initial Stage – Supplier Assessment
- Conduct site visits for new suppliers to understand their environmental and production line conditions, ensuring quality and environmental safety, and identifying eco-friendly suppliers for cooperation.
- Continuously develop multiple local suppliers to strengthen the local supply chain.
- Proactively implement green procurement, balancing quality with environmental friendliness to achieve sustainable development.
- Attach "Contractor Safety and Health Management Regulations (Engineering)" and "Hazard Notification (Materials)" to contracts. Suppliers must review and confirm these documents before undertaking work to ensure labor safety.
- Clearly stipulate quality requirements and relevant regulations in contracts to facilitate smooth construction, avoiding resource waste caused by repairs from disputes and protecting the environment.
- Intermediate Stage – Supplier Training
- Conduct daily pre-work toolbox meetings to communicate risks and safety measures, strengthening labor safety awareness and protecting labor safety and rights.
- Engineers perform on-site supervision to control quality and ensure workers wear appropriate protective gear and avoid dangerous behaviors, ensuring smooth project progress and reducing industrial accidents.
- Hold monthly Safety and Health Coordination Meetings to facilitate smooth engineering management, reduce labor accidents, and achieve the goal of preventing occupational disasters.
- Irregularly hold education and training sessions to increase workers' professional knowledge and enhance safety awareness.
- Conduct on-site audits of work products to ensure quality while understanding the environmental conditions of the production line to avoid environmental harm.
- Use telephone, instant messaging apps, and email for communication regarding construction details and issues to reduce paper usage and be environmentally friendly.
- Final Stage – Supplier Audit
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations every six months. Address issues immediately for improvement to enhance quality and construction integrity, reducing subsequent repairs and resource usage to be environmentally friendly.
- Conduct an overall supplier performance evaluation upon project closure. Evaluate based on professional capability, safety compliance, proposal improvement capability, construction rigor, and efficiency. This process weeds out the weak and retains the strong, improving engineering quality, ensuring labor safety, and achieving environmental sustainability.
